Custom & Personalised Items

Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • There is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect personalisation)

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused

  • Items are in their original condition

Please contact us within the 14-day return period to arrange a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us before sending anything back.
